Remote Personal Training

starting at $300

1 on 1 session via Zoom or Facetime. Beginner and Intermediate levels. No equipment is required but it is encouraged.

One session a week, four sessions a month, two homework routines and daily check-ins to drive results. Total of 5 hands-on weekly hours.

Children in the background are wonderful, allowing 3 interruptions per session.

My program’s Focus:
deconstructing fitness myths,
dump truck building,
increasing mobility,
building endurance,
upholding accountability,
building healthy daily habits.

Strategy Session

Personal Growth Coaching and Mentorship

1 on 1 via Zoom or Facetime.

Go over any exercise or nutritional questions.

Work BMI and daily caloric intake numbers.

Work through mental blocks.

Full body stretching with somatic movements and yoga poses to restore balance to the body.

Use of Intuitive Tools and Techniques.

Strategy sessions can be added to the remote personal training plan at a discount.

One Year  Commitment

Limited spaces available.
300 hands-on hours.
45 live session credits that can be used for a workout or strategy sesh.
Must pass the interview process and sign an accountability contract.
The program is not for everyone.
Perfect for someone already training multiple times a week.

yoga mat, dumbbells, bands, bench.
